FCC chairman proceeds with rulemaking to clarify Section 230 relating to social media companies



The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Ajit Pai said that the agency will move forward with drafting regulations surrounding social media company’s current protections under Section 230 of the 1934 Communications Act.
