Vardhan on risk of infection after vaccination

Harsh Vardhan and his wife Nutan Goel took the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine in Delhi Heart and Lung Institute on Tuesday morning.Talking about his experience, the minister said, "after taking first dose of vaccine, neither of us felt any side effects."Both Indian vaccines are safe and effective. A lot of people still have doubts regarding vaccines. I urge them not to believe what is being circulated in WhatsApp university, he added. India's COVID-19 tally climbed to 1,20,95,855 with 56,211 more people testing positive for the infection in a span of 24 hours, while 271 more fatalities pushed death toll to 1,62,114, according to the Union Health Ministry's data updated on Tuesday.
