Maruti ex-MD Jagdish Khattar booked for fraud
Former Maruti managing director, Jagdish Khattar, has been booked by the CBI in a case of cheating.The former Maruti boss and his company Carnation have been booked by the CBI under Section 420 of the IPC for causing a loss of Rs 110 crore to the Punjab National Bank .Jagdish Khattar had quit Maruti in 2007 and a year later formed Carnation, a company dealing with car services and used cars business.
